Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills with experience of system integration processes like data feeds, work flows and software interfacing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical team members and non-technical end users
  • Ability to create positive and professional business relationships with internal and external clients
  • Ability to conduct JAD session
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
  • Proficient in SDLC
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience
  • Database knowledge related to SQL Server is a plus
  • Experience with Offshore team is a plus

Responsibilities:

·         Lead new and legacy projects initiatives

·         Set project milestones and actively measure project progress against milestones to ensure timely and successful completion

·         Ensure the project follows the proper planning and execution as outlined in the project management methodology

·         Develop and maintain key project deliverables: project plans, scope documents,  resource allocations, communication plans, status reports, and issue management plans

·         Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to define and prioritize project objectives, critical success factors, and project risks

·         Follow the best practice of systems-related policies and procedures and promote usage of appropriate controls throughout the organization

·         Communicate project progress to management, project sponsor, and project team as defined in the communication plan

·         Facilitate business requirements gathering, project coordination, and possibly coordinate user acceptance testing.

·         Work as a team member to support the implementation of system related initiatives, maintenance, and support for operational and control related system projects

·         Coordinate research, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of interim and long-term processes and technology solutions

·         Participate in development of business requirements, process documents, training materials, and processes to monitor the effectiveness of systems and controls across key systems

·         Participate as business team member on long-term technology solution projects.

·         Manage time and set priorities and deadlines appropriately.
